Our focus is B2B services — facilities, industrial, business process, professional services, distribution, inspection and compliance, and adjacent recurring-revenue categories. We invest in services businesses still running on manual processes — workflows that were structurally limited by the economics of prior technology cycles and are now AI-actionable for the first time.
We acquire majority positions in founder-owned businesses where the owner is ready for an operational partner, not a passive check.
